EverCampus is operated by Eversity Tech LLP ("EverCampus", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from users of our platform — students, parents, teachers, mentors, and partner organizations (schools, NGOs, and CSR programs) — how we use it, and the choices you have.
By creating an account or otherwise using EverCampus, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, password (stored in encrypted form), and role (student, parent, teacher, mentor, or organization administrator).
- Academic and profile information: attendance, grades, assignments, course enrollment and progress, career-assessment responses, and documents you or your organization upload (such as identity, income, or category certificates required for scholarship matching).
- Organization information: for schools, NGOs, and CSR programs, we collect details needed to operate an organization account, including registration and compliance details relevant to donation receipts and utilization certificates.
- Usage information: pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, collected to keep the platform reliable and secure.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the core service — academic tracking, curriculum access, scholarship matching, career guidance, mentor booking, and the AI assistant.
- To communicate with you — account verification, password resets, and important updates about your account or organization.
- To generate documents you or your organization request, such as certificates, donation receipts, and utilization certificates.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To improve the platform based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information of minors
EverCampus is used by students who may be minors under Indian law. Where a student is a minor, we rely on the student's school, NGO, or parent/guardian to provide consent for the student's account and data processing, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Parents linked to a student account can view the student's academic information through the parent portal.
4. Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the platform, each bound to process data only for that purpose:
- An email delivery provider, to send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts, notifications).
- Cloud file storage, to store uploaded documents and generated certificates.
- Error-monitoring tooling, to detect and fix technical issues.
5. Data retention
We retain account and academic information for as long as the account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, tax, or compliance record-keeping (for example, donation receipts and utilization certificates used by NGOs for regulatory reporting). You may request deletion of your account as described below.
6. Your rights
You can:
- Access and review the personal information we hold about you through your account settings.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
- Withdraw consent for optional data uses at any time.

7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage, access controls scoped by role and organization, and encrypted connections between your device and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International users
EverCampus is built primarily for students and organizations in India. If you access the platform from outside India, your information will be processed in accordance with this policy and applicable Indian law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to users where appropriate.
