These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EverCampus, a platform operated by Eversity Tech LLP. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a school, NGO, or other organization, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
1. The service
EverCampus is an educational platform covering academic tracking, a self-paced curriculum library, scholarship matching, career guidance, coding and exam practice, mentor booking, an AI study assistant, and organization-management tools for schools, NGOs, and CSR-funded programs.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Student accounts for minors are expected to be created or approved by a parent, guardian, school, or NGO, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
- Organization administrators are responsible for the accuracy of data they add on behalf of students, teachers, and other users within their organization.
3. Fees
There is no charge to use EverCampus, and we don't collect payment details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including for scholarship applications or CSR/donation records).
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or to any part of the platform you are not authorized to access.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation, including through automated scraping, overload, or exploitation of security vulnerabilities.
- Post harassing, abusive, or inappropriate content in community features such as forums or study groups.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content and intellectual property
The platform, its curriculum content, design, and underlying software are owned by Eversity Tech LLP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as documents or forum posts), and grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the platform.
6. Third-party and informational content
Scholarship listings, career and college information, and AI-assistant responses are provided for informational and guidance purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but do not guarantee it, and you should independently verify deadlines, eligibility, and requirements with the relevant scholarship, exam, or institution before relying on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverCampus and Eversity Tech LLP are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on AI-assistant guidance, scholarship or career information, or dropout-risk indicators, which are provided as decision-support tools and not as guarantees or professional advice.
8. Termination
You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to users where appropriate.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
